NIKE Boston VB Festival General Tournament Information


2023 Bid Information:

  • 3 bids for Girls 18 OPEN DIVISION
  • 3 bids for Girls 18 USA DIVISION
  • 2 bids for Girls 18 LIBERTY DIVISION
  • 1 bid for Girls 18 AMERICAN DIVISION

IMPORTANT: Foreign teams are not eligible to participate in the 18 Open, 18 USA, 18 Liberty and 18 American divisions at the NIKE Boston Volleyball Festival, but are eligible to enter 18 Club.

Team Entry Fees:

​Junior Girls:

  • $600 for 12 Club
  • $650 for 13 Club
  • $775 for all other divisions

​Junior Boys:

  • $600 for 14-15 Club
  • $775 for all other divisions

Adult Men and Women: 

Age Divisions & Levels of Play:​

All divisions will play ALL 3 DAYS on each weekend of the NIKE Boston Volleyball Festival.

Weekend #1 - Feb. 24-26, 2023:
12's-15's, 16 Club
BOYS: 14's-16's
ADULTS: Friday Evening - Co-Ed 4's; Saturday - Single Gender; Sunday - Co-Ed

Weekend #2 - March 3-5, 2023:​
16 Open/USA/American, 17's & 18's
BOYS: 17's-18's

Note: Foreign teams are NOT eligible to particiate in any USAV Bid Division (GIRLS 18 Open, 18 USA, 18 Liberty, 18 American) at the NIKE Boston Volleyball Festival but are eligible to enter 18 Club. Click here for more info!

  • Highest - Open Division
  • Second  - USA Division
  • Third - Liberty Division
  • Fourth - American Division
  • Fifth - Club Division

IMPORTANT: Not all levels of play will be offered for all divisions. Divisions must have at least 8 teams entered or divisions may be combined! 

Division Formats:

All Junior Divisions will have formats designed to guarantee each team at least 7 matches or the equivalent number of sets in each division over 3 days.

ATTENTION: Rosters will be printed on the scoresheets for both weekends.

Our MANDATORY Online Team Check-In Process (READ ALL DETAILS BELOW):

  • SportWrench Online Team Check-In will open approximately 1 week prior to the event! If this mandatory requirement is not met, a $250 fine per team will be assessed and due on site before play can begin for penalized team(s).
  • COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST complete Online Team Check-In for their teams prior to tournament play. Paper rosters will not be accepted.
  • Upon completion of Online Team Check-In, each coach assigned as a "Primary" staff member will receive a unique QR code pass via text & email for entry into the event!
  • There is a MAXIMUM of 3 “Primary” staff members per team. Any additional members will have to purchase passes online for entry into the event!
  • To gain entry into the venue(s) AT ANY TIME, each Primary staff member will need to present their QR code pass (can be printed or on a mobile device) with their corresponding photo ID at entry.
  • Athletes will need to show their jersey to gain entrance to the venue(s)!
    • If you have any athletes that are 18 years old BEFORE or DURING the event, they must have SafeSport training to be eligible to play and for the team roster to be valid for check-in.
  • Additionally, all team bench personnel (Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Team Rep/Mgrs) MUST have...
