Top Select Event Series

MAY 1-2, 2021


AS OF APRIL 13th Due to COVID-19 restrictions set forth in each city and venue, all teams for the 2021 event will be limited to 15 spectators per TEAM on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY at each playing facility. 

We will be using 2 sites this year

  • Top Select Volleyball Facility

  • Frontline Outreach Center
    3000 C.R. Smith St., Orlando, FL  32805

Team Registration:

Registration will open on October 1st at 12PM EST.

  • Room for ~112 girls teams depending on COVID-19 Restrictions. Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis based upon receipt of entry fee.
  • Entry fees can be refunded up to 30 days prior to the first date of tournament play.

Team Entry Fees:

  • $350 for all Divisions

Age Divisions (All Events):

GIRLS: 18/17 Club, 16/15 Club, 14/13 Club, 12 Club, 11/10 Club

  • CLUB Divisions ONLY 

IMPORTANT: Divisions must have at least 8 teams entered or age groups may be combined!


Admission will open approximately 1 WEEK BEFORE the first date of tournament play and will remain open online throughout the event, if tickets are still available.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions set forth in each city and venue, all teams for the 2021 event will be limited to:

  • MAXIMUM of 15 spectators per TEAM on both SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
    **Including SIBLINGS and other children. ONLY children 2 years and UNDER will be FREE and NOT counted in the total spectator limit per day.

We will be enforcing the spectator limitation through our ticketing system on SportWrench by only having 15 Saturday AND 15 Sunday tickets available to purchase per TEAM. Teams can have unique guests EACH DAY of the event, if desired.



Clubs will receive COUPON CODES in advance of ticketing opening on These codes are UNIQUE TO EACH TEAM(s) entered into the event for each day of the event. Each coupon code will LIMIT the number of purchases to 15 tickets both Saturday AND Sunday for each team!

BEFORE you purchase: Please OBTAIN YOUR TEAMS' COUPON CODE for the DAY(s) you are confirmed for attending from your Club Director or Head Coach. You will not be able to access ticketing without it!

IMPORTANTPurchases will be limited to 1 ticket per transaction to allow for equal and fair distribution of the limited number of tickets for your team.

     Everyone attending must have a PAID admission ticket! 
    ONLY children 2 years and UNDER will be FREE and NOT counted in the total spectator limit per day. 


Waves & Schedules:

Saturday Wave Times will be posted no later than 30 days before each event. A full tournament schedule will be posted on no later than 8PM on the Wednesday before each event!

Match Length:

All matches will be best of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15. There is no cap!

Division Formats:

All divisions will have formats designed to guarantee each team at least 5 matches or the equivalent number of sets in each division.

IMPORTANT: Teams missing ANY OFFICIATING ASSIGNMENT will be PENALIZED ONE POINT PER MINUTE LATE, up to 25 points, on their next match!


There will NOT be any tie-breaking games played as we guarantee 5 matches to each team in this event. 

In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie in matches or, in the case of 3 or more teams tied in matches: set percentage. If two teams are still tied on set percentage, the tie will be broken by the head-to-head result of their match OR if three or more teams are still tied the tie will be broken by point percentage. Note that the 3 or more teams tied procedure is slightly different than previous years based on the updated procedures used at the USAV Junior National Qualifiers and National Championship events!


Paid 1st officials provided for all matches!


If a protest is to be filed, it must be done at the time of the incident, NO LATER. 

The first referee is obligated to acknowledge and record all protests. ONLY THE FLOOR CAPTAIN MAY FILE PROTESTS! The exception to this rule applies to the 14U and younger divisions, where the acting team coach may act. All protests will be handled by the Protest Committee and their decision is binding. 

Facility Rules:

  • Due to incidents in previous years, there will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators.
  • Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities.
  • Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in ANY of the facilities.
  • Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facility.
    • ARE NOT ALLOWED at the FRONTLINE facility
    • ARE ENCORAGED  at the TOP SELECT facility.

Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day/tournament!
