Team Registration:

Registration will open on October 1st at 12PM EST.

  • Room for ~112 girls teams depending on COVID-19 Restrictions. Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis based upon receipt of entry fee.
  • Entry fees can be refunded up to 30 days prior to the first date of tournament play.

Team Entry Fees:

  • $350 for all Divisions

Spectator Registration Information:

1. Wristband Admission Procedures

You can purchase spectator wristbands in advance at!

Wristbands will be available for purchase online approximately 10 days before the first date of tournament play and will remain open throughout the event. Spectators will also be able to purchase a wristband at the door each day, beginning at 7:00AM, that will gain them entrance to the playing venue!

2. Scan & Go Admission Procedures

Admission will open approximately 10 days before the first date of tournament play and will remain open online throughout the event.

IMPORTANT: Admission is for one individual ONLY - You cannot share passes. You must show your photo ID with your QR Code pass to gain entry into our event!

How to Buy & Pricing Details:
All admission passes are available for purchase online at! Please be sure to select the CORRECT event.

  • Discounted Online Pricing: Online passes will be available before and during the event at ANY TIME!
    • All Tournament Passes: $15
    • Single Day Passes: $10

  • On-Site Pricing: Onsite passes will be available for those who choose NOT to purchase online before or during the event.
    • All Tournament Passes: $20
    • Single Day Passes: $15

Onsite admission stations will be located near the admission doors, if permitted! 

Children 10 and Under are FREE. Minors without an ID and all children MUST be accompanied by a ticketed adult upon exit and entry of venue(s).

Waves & Schedules:

Saturday Wave Times will be posted no later than 30 days before each event. A full tournament schedule will be posted on no later than 8PM on the Wednesday before each event!

Parking Information:

Parking is FREE at The Big House! 

There is overflow parking available at Tarvares Middle School with donation.

Match Length:

All matches will be best of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15. There is no cap!

Division Formats:

All divisions will have formats designed to guarantee each team at least 5 matches or the equivalent number of sets in each division.

IMPORTANT: Teams missing ANY OFFICIATING ASSIGNMENT will be PENALIZED ONE POINT PER MINUTE LATE, up to 25 points, on their next match!


There will NOT be any tie-breaking games played as we guarantee 5 matches to each team in this event. 

In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie in matches or, in the case of 3 or more teams tied in matches: set percentage. If two teams are still tied on set percentage, the tie will be broken by the head-to-head result of their match OR if three or more teams are still tied the tie will be broken by point percentage. Note that the 3 or more teams tied procedure is slightly different than previous years based on the updated procedures used at the USAV Junior National Qualifiers and National Championship events!


Paid 1st officials provided for all matches!


If a protest is to be filed, it must be done at the time of the incident, NO LATER. 

The first referee is obligated to acknowledge and record all protests. ONLY THE FLOOR CAPTAIN MAY FILE PROTESTS! The exception to this rule applies to the 14U and younger divisions, where the acting team coach may act. All protests will be handled by the Protest Committee and their decision is binding. 

Facility Rules:

  • Due to incidents in previous years, there will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators.
  • Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities.
  • Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in ANY of the facilities.
  • Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facility.
  • OUTSIDE CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any venue unless specified.

Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day/tournament!

Athletic Trainers:

There will be athletic trainers available to tape and assist with minor injuries. Athletes must provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs. Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes!
